  3. Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport (Ahmedabad) on 7th November, 2020.

• While in Mumbai International Airport, Adani Group holds 74 % stake, the remaining 26 % stake is with AAI.
• Adani group acquired 7 airports thorugh the AAI (Airport Authority of India) global tender.
• They Acquired these below 7 airports for 50 years lease for operate, manage and develop.
